This is a freelance position to support our Paid Media team. You will play an important role as an advisor in Paid Media best practices (including Paid Search and Paid Social) in the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Market. This project will require approximately 5-10 hours of work per month, depending on the client needs. The role will support our centralized media team by providing local market expertise across media platforms.

Drive Meta marketing strategy for multiple high-growth products while leading a team of talented UA Managers. Mentor your team, build acquisition frameworks, and scale growth through data-driven decisions. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking, strong people management, and deep Meta expertise.

This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented performance marketing leader to drive measurable results for U.S. audiences. Guide high-performing marketing teams in cross-functional manner. Design, test, and scale marketing campaigns across channels and foster a culture of learning and performance.

Serve as the on-camera face of doola’s educational content, helping entrepreneurs worldwide navigate the process of starting and managing a U.S. business. This role brings clarity, trust, and approachability to complex topics—amplifying doola’s mission to empower business owners through accessible, engaging, and informative video content.
